I just wanted to take a moment and tell you what a great experience I had working with Keller Williams and specifically, Lee (Glenn) Biles. We interviewed many agents in the woodlands before we chose Lee. My wife and I were both impressed with his professionalism, courtesy and ability to listen to our needs. Many of the Realtor we interviewed told me what they would do to my house. Lee sat down with us and the three of us came up with a strategy on the best way to sell the house.
Well, this story certainly has a happy ending, we were able to sell our house in about 72 hours. It was a combination of a nice house, luck and a great agent. Anyway, I just wanted to express my gratitude to you, your company and the first class agents you employ.

This story does not surprise me. I had the pleasure of working with Lee as his trainer and watched as he absorbed everything we taught him. It takes guts for Realtors to enroll in the course we teach. For six solid weeks we push them, challenge them, stretch them out of their comfort zone and literally remove their option to fail. And they pay an arm and a leg to go through this! But during that time, they have one focus…how to sell your house better.
Great work Lee! Keep it up. The Houston area is lucky to have you working there. I’d refer you without hesitation.

Lee was our realtor for the home we purchased in Imperial Oaks. His knowledge of the area was very good. And what was even better was his understanding of his profession. The information was presented just as the website for this testimonial is: clear and precise. Today’s realtors have the ability to communicate the information needed besides using the standard printed method. Lee’s grasp of technology and the information out there gave us a very very good way to see what was available. Everything was timely and it all led to a GREAT OUTCOME!
